Give your server’s automotive community a place to call home. Located in La Mesa, this detailed MLO combines a mechanic workshop, an underground garage, business management space, and outdoor social areas in one location.

Its industrial setting brings together busy repair bays, dedicated workspaces, and places to unwind. From everyday customer visits to late-night builds and weekend car meets, the property provides a setting for both mechanic roleplay and the community around it.

Main Workshop & Repair Areas

The main auto shop includes dedicated mechanic repair areas, creating room for vehicle servicing, tuning roleplay, and interaction between staff and customers. Workshop equipment, industrial lighting, and automotive details give the interior the character of an established working garage.

Spray Painting Area

A dedicated spray painting space adds another stage to the workshop experience. Use it as the setting for respray appointments, custom paint projects, and vehicle restoration roleplay alongside the main repair areas.

Storage Room

A separate storage room provides a back-of-house setting for parts, supplies, and workshop inventory roleplay. It gives staff their own space away from customer-facing areas and adds depth to everyday garage operations.

Upstairs Boss’s Office

The upper floor includes a private boss’s office, offering a quieter setting for managing the business. Staff interviews, team meetings, customer negotiations, and private discussions can take place away from the workshop floor.

Underground Mechanic Area

Below the main shop, a separate underground mechanic area introduces a different atmosphere within the same property. It provides a setting for private projects, crew gatherings, and after-hours automotive roleplay, giving the location more variety across its levels.

Outdoor Car Meet Area

The exterior includes a dedicated car meet area where players can display their vehicles, gather with their crews, and host automotive events. It extends the location beyond workshop visits, giving the wider car community a reason to return.

Outdoor Café & Social Space

An outdoor café area gives customers somewhere to relax while their vehicles are being worked on and offers a casual meeting place for mechanics and visitors. It connects the workshop with the car meet space, encouraging conversations and activity around the property.
